We publish business details that are already public in the official filing: name, entity type, filing date, register number, status, office, address, officer names and titles, and activity when the source gives them. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing information about register data that is already public).

Principal names and titles may be shown. Business email addresses and principals' home addresses are never published, even if a source row contains them.

The directory is not an official source and does not replace the Connecticut Secretary of the State. Binding source: data.ct.gov.

The operator is established in Germany. The site is hosted in the European Union. A visit creates ordinary server logs (IP address, time, requested address, browser identifier) where they are needed to run the site, keep it secure, and limit abuse. They are deleted or shortened after a short time. Search puts the query in the page address. The site does not create an account, does not require a login, and does not set cookies.
