Sources and license

The filings come from the Connecticut Open Data Business Master, dataset n7gp-d28j, filtered on date_registration, together with principal names and titles from the Principals dataset ka36-64k6. Only businesses whose registration date falls inside the downloaded window are kept, at most the last 90 days. NAICS text is shown when the master record includes it. The page shows the account number, name, business type, status, billing address, city, ZIP code, registration date, and principal names and titles.

The datasets are published by the Connecticut Secretary of the State through https://data.ct.gov/Business/Connecticut-Business-Registry-Business-Master/n7gp-d28j and https://data.ct.gov/Business/Connecticut-Business-Registry-Principals/ka36-64k6. This site is an independent directory. It is not the Secretary of the State and it does not issue certificates.
